Where Golfers Share Their Fun, Excitement and Stories.

We have a number of heading for folks to review.

“What’s Up” This is the actual Blog page. This is where I’ll talk a little about current events or what is going on in the golf world. I’m guessing this is going to be one of the sections that will be used less than some of the other sections. Please post your comments, stories, or items for sale in this section. Scroll down the the bottom and click on “What’s Up” that will take you to the next page, then scroll to to where it says “Leave A Reply “, that’s all there is to it. Sometimes you may have to go to one of the pages and scroll down to the bottom where it says “Leave A Reply” http://www.asliceofgolf.net/.

“Stories” This is where I will share fun and amazing golf stores that I have witnessed, been involved in, heard about, or received from some of my readers. This is where I expect that most golfers will be reading and enjoying this Blog. We do not verify any of these stories or check them for authenticity. We just report what we are told. We suggest that all readers should consider all of these stories as FICTION whether true or not.

“Reviews” In this heading there will be discussions about new equipment, accessories and some reviews too. I will be reviewing some new equipment, but these reviews will all be reviews from this amateur golfer that loves the game. There may be some reviews that are re-posted from others, by when that is the case I will give credit to those authors.

“Unpublished Manuscript” This will be unpublished books that have been written by any number of authors. There is no fee for this service.  These stories will be of nearly any subject matter; not just golf. Many of these unpublished manuscripts will be put out as a “Series” because of their lengths. Golfers are multidimensional people, intelligent people with a wide variety of interest and this heading will reflect that. All Unpublished Manuscripts should be considered FICTION whether true or not.

” For Sale” A service to my readers and “A Slice of Golf” will not benefit for any sales of it’s readers to other readers. Anyone that has any used golf items (or not) that they would like to sell, I will welcome them to post these for other viewers to see. Often times golfers purchase products that are well rated, really good stuff, but the item just didn’t work for them. There will be a very modest fee ($3) to post in this section and all purchases will be between the seller and the buyer. Sellers are welcome to bundle as many items as they wish.

PayPal is available for anyone wishing to purchase anything or paying for their For Sale listing. “A Slice of Golf” may be offering for sale from our own Staff items as well.

So, be sure and share our blog with all your friends so they won’t miss out on all the fun and opportunities. Remember asliceofgolf.net, easy to remember and I promise you, your friends will thank you for being so thoughtful.

We’re just a bunch of golfers that  believe golf is fun; or at least it’s supposed to be .

I’m pretty sure the majority of people who will be reading this Blog are not PGA Tour pros. I’m willing to bet that most readers even use “Winter Rules” or even hitting from the Senior tees.  There’s even a good chance that our readers will be in the 90% of golfers that never break 100.

These weekend players are the players that this Blog is written for. The goal of this Blog is to give our fellow golfers a few laughs, some entertainment, and hopefully something to shave at least a few strokes.  Let’s all have a good time sharing our golfing highlights and laughs. And we might even be able to put out some useful information that will improve your, our fellow golfers, game on occasions.
